Overview
We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed through our Amazon Marketplace storefront. Our policy complies with Amazon’s return requirements and is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
Return Eligibility
· Customers may request a return for most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
· The item must be in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
· The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
· Certain product categories may have additional restrictions (see “Non‑Returnable Items”).
· Amazon may approve returns automatically based on their policies. In those cases, we follow Amazon’s decision.
Return Process
· Customers initiate a return through the Amazon Returns Center.
· Amazon will provide a prepaid return shipping label when applicable.
· Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the refund according to Amazon’s guidelines.
Refunds
· Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund timing is controlled by Amazon but typically occurs within 3–5 business days after processing.
· Refund amounts may vary based on the condition of the returned item:
· Full Refund: Item returned in original, unused condition.
Partial Refund:
· Up to 50% deduction for items that are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of use.
· Up to 100% deduction for items returned in unsellable condition.
· These deductions follow Amazon’s refund guidelines.
Return Shipping Costs
· If the return is due to seller error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, defective), we cover all return shipping costs.
· If the return is due to buyer preference (changed mind, ordered wrong item, no longer needed), Amazon may deduct return shipping costs from the refund.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival:
· Perishable goods
· Personal care items
· Items marked as Final Sale
· Digital products
· Customized or personalized items
· Items that pose a hygiene risk once opened (e.g., certain health or beauty products)
Damaged or Defective Items
· If an item arrives damaged or defective:
· Customers should report the issue through Amazon within 48 hours of delivery.
· We may request photos or additional details to assist with the claim.
· A replacement or full refund will be provided according to Amazon’s A‑to‑Z Guarantee standards.
Exchanges
Amazon does not support direct exchanges for Marketplace sellers. Customers may:
· Return the original item for a refund.
· Place a new order for the replacement item.
Cancellations
· Orders may be canceled before they ship. Once an order is shipped, it must be handled through the standard return process.
